Drills: Latter Drills ,Octagon Drills. Cones.
Stairs: Drilling going up and down a flight of stairs at high intensity or at a beginner l level to start with.
Walking: Speed walking exercises.
Running: High speed running exercises.
Jump Rope: Skipping the jump rope at high intensity.
High intensity workouts are exercises that are high intense.
You will have to train for these drills by a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
In some cases you can cause an injury. Always talk to a Healthcare Professional before starting any exercises or starting to go to a gym.
