The key on motivation fitness is to keep at it to what your doing .Never give up. Keep going if it seems hard just push ,challenge yourself all the time .Then you will succeed in your dream reality .Where you always seen yourself ,but never thought you would be there .Remember to keep at the game and never give up.


Steps To Having A Good Motivation:


1.Time Management: Setting a time beginning and end.

*EX. 12:00PM - 01:00PM.That would be your time limit for the day.


NOTE: Never go succeed past 2 hours per day of a exercising workout .Rest for a day then go the next and so forth .To build your strength again and your bones as well .Rest will keep you from having to go through certain different types of stress. Where you don't want to be .So always rest very important .Always drink plenty of water.


2.Set Your Hours .Time Limit Yourself .Stay at a specific time schedule and keep to it.


3.Most importantly ground yourself ,stick to it ,make a time and what needs to be done schedule ,put your schedule on a day planner .


NEVER FORGET ALWAYS REMEMBER.KEEP STRIDING.
