5 ways to clear your mind

Imagery:


To have a clearer mind ,body ,and soul .You must clear out your mind by doing imagery techniques .Imagery you ask what that means .It means you clear your head .Picture yourself on a beach ,moon ,far off country scenery, and anywhere where you never been.


Pick a quite spot where no one will bother you. Like a comfortable sofa, bed, your favorite down time spot. Also with no noise to interrupt .Then Close your eyes .Talk gently and softly throughout and concentrate fully. Do not let your imagination go away. That's the whole purpose of imagery. Dream of that certain place. Where you want to be. Describe how it looks like and what it feels like .Between your toes ,hands ,and feet .What you want it to be . What you see and surrounding's around you. Just like having a dream .Then slowly open your eyes .After you had enough time for yourself. For a down time. Take a slow breathe in and out, because imagery is very intense and imaginative.


Have a journal by your side of what you took in from imagery. Just to recap your imaginative scenery. Write down things you saw and heard. Thing's you possibly felt. Write it like a story. You'll be stunned.

Other thing's to clear your mind. Are thing's like meditation, reading a book, getting into a religion by reading the bible ,listening to music, going for a hike with some friends, travelling to somewhere you never been with friends or family. Like an island for instance along a beach. Just to relax and have a break.


These are my ways of clearing my mind, body, and soul. My helpful hints to my audience and to whoever wants to checkout for helpful advice. During a person's hard times.
